Shuxiao Wang, School of Environment, Tsinghua University
Prof. Shuxiao Wang is full professor at School of Environment, Tsinghua University and the Director of the State Environmental Protection Key Laboratory of Sources and Control of Air Pollution Complex in China. She received PhD on Environmental Sciences and Engineering from Tsinghua University in 2002. Her research interests focus on air pollution control, including mercury emission, transport and fate, and control policies. She has led over 20 research projects on mercury as PI. She has been serving as an expert of the Task Force on Hemispheric Transport of Air Pollution (TF HTAP), UNEP Global Mercury Partnership Advisory Group, and the Technical experts group on emissions of the Minamata Convention on Mercury. She published over 200 peer-reviewed journal papers, and was awarded as Global Cited Scientist in 2019.
